Our principles for media trips
Due to the high number of requests, it is unfortunately not possible to fulfil all requests. We therefore ask you to check the following principles before submitting an enquiry. Thank you for your assistance.
- The basic prerequisite for the support of a research trip is the complete completion of the enquiry form and the acceptance of Liechtenstein Marketing's data protection guidelines.
- IIn general, we support media trips lasting up to a maximum of three nights, provided that the topics and target media are in line with our brand presence and our annual contingent still has resources available.
- The feasibility of a media trip depends on whether accommodation is available at the desired time. This applies in particular to the peak season (February, July, August and over Christmas and New Year).
- You are responsible for travelling to and from Liechtenstein at your own expense. Within Liechtenstein, we will be happy to assist you with tickets for public transport or, if necessary, with a hire car.
- If your partner or family would like to travel with you, we will be happy to organise this for you. The costs for accompanying persons are at your expense.
- The trip includes the services listed in the programme. This does not include expenses for personal use such as travel insurance, minibar, telephone, laundry service or tips.
- The traveller is responsible for his/her own personal insurance cover. This includes, in particular, travel, health and liability insurance.
- During a research trip, the journalist undertakes to prepare a report for Liechtenstein Marketing (publication, coverage, links, etc.).
- Cancellations due to bad weather will not be accepted by Liechtenstein Marketing. However, we are happy to provide support.
- We welcome the communication of our website (tourismus.li) as a general source of information and booking option.
- In order to continuously improve our work, we would be pleased to receive brief feedback after the end of the trip.

Arrival/Departure
The Principality of Liechtenstein is easy to reach. Good connections to motorways, railways and airports as well as a well-developed public transport network ensure easy transport to Liechtenstein. We do not provide any services for travelling to and from Liechtenstein.
Transport
LIEMobil's well-developed bus network will take you safely and reliably to the country's sights. For mobility within Liechtenstein, we can also provide you with an adventure pass if the media trip requires it.
Bike transport
You can easily transport your bike from one place to another by postbus.You can also hire bikes for a tour in many places. Simply let us know in advance of your trip.

Insurance
Insurance on our media trips is the responsibility of the media professionals. We accept no liability for damage to persons, property or assets.

We will be happy to find the right dialogue partners for your story. If you are interested, we will be happy to provide you with a selection of available participants.
Service
The standard catering service is half board including soft drinks and one glass of wine or beer per meal. Depending on the medium and contribution range, Liechtenstein covers one to three overnight stays including adventure pass and/or ski pass. Any deviations from this are noted in the programme.
Fitness requirements
Please note that some trips require a good health condition, e.g. hiking tours or skiing days. This is noted on the respective trips.
Data protection
The data protection provisions of Liechtenstein Marketing apply. By registering for a media trip, you agree that personal data (such as name, address, telephone numbers, email address, date of birth if applicable, passport number, specific eating habits) required for the organisation of the corresponding media event may be processed and passed on for a specific purpose. The data collected is required for organisation and processing.
