Board of Directors
The strategic level

The Board of Directors focuses mainly on strategic tasks. The Board of Directors consists of five to seven members, each appointed by the Government for a term of office of four years. Once the term of office has been completed, members may be re-elected once. In the case of the Chair, after the expiry of two periods of office, re-election for an extraordinary term of two years is permitted in justified cases.
